Job overview
We are seeking a creative Social Media/Content Creator Executive to produce engaging content that showcases our properties, strengthens our online presence, and attracts prospective buyers and investors.
Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Create engaging property videos, reels, stories, captions, and other digital content.
Capture and edit content that reflects the brand's identity and showcases its properties.
Publish approved content and engage with audiences across social media platforms.
Track content performance and identify potential leads from social media enquiries.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant social media management or content creation experience.
- Proficiency in short-form video creation, copywriting, and basic video editing.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and relevant content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Strong storytelling, creativity, communication, and organizational skills; real estate or luxury-brand experience is an advantage.
