Job overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive productivity, improve operational efficiency and ensure effective resource utilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily business operations and departmental activities.
Oversee production planning, output targets, quality standards and delivery timelines.
Coordinate Production, Procurement, Stores and Quality Control.
Oversee procurement, inventory, material utilisation and asset management.
Monitor operational budgets and control costs.
Prepare management reports and recommend operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and workplace safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Operations Management, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4–7 years' relevant operations management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, textile, garment production, fashion or industrial operations.
- Good knowledge of production planning, procurement, inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- MBA, MSc or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/business management systems.
