Job overview
BES is seeking proactive and results-driven Marketing & Conversion Officers to generate leads, build relationships with schools and prospective clients, and convert enquiries into paying clients.
Build relationships with schools, counsellors, parents, and prospective clients.
Organise school visits, presentations, outreach events, and student recruitment activities.
Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, referrals, and school partnerships.
Follow up on enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Explain BES services to prospects and convert enquiries into paying clients.
Collaborate with admissions and visa teams to support applications and enrolments.
Manage social media content and support Meta Ads and other marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate lead records and report on follow-ups, conversions, and targets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant marketing, sales, or client conversion experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet targets.
- Confidence engaging schools, parents, students, and other clients.
- Experience with social media, digital marketing, and lead tracking.
- Ability to plan outreach activities and work with KPIs and deadlines.
- Experience in education, study abroad, or service sales is an advantage.
