Job Description

Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science.
- Proven knowledge and practical experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and system maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
