Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Assist in the creation of visual guidelines and style guides.
Prepare files for print production and digital distribution.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and generate innovative design ideas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and implement feedback.
- A positive attitude and a passion for design.
