Requirements
- Previous customer support or contact centre experience.
- Basic working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
- Ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult customers.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or online retail.
- Experience supporting customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, email, or phone.
- Familiarity with customer support workflows.
