We are looking for a creative architect with a revenue mindset; someone who can look at our daily operations and spot 10 different ways to turn them into marketing gold.
Your mission is to direct our entire content strategy, lead a creative team, and ensure our brand stays top-of-mind through compelling, authentic storytelling.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 3 Years+ experience of coordinating marketing efforts, managing creative teams, or outstanding digital marketing skills (portfolio is required).
- Creative Instinct: You see content everywhere. You can walk into a room, observe a 10-minute interaction, and pitch three different ways to film or promote it.
- Leadership Ability: You know how to inspire editors and designers to do their best work.
- Technical Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), basic video/ design principles, and scheduling/analytic tools.
- Location: Must currently reside in Port Harcourt or must be willing to relocate.
- Communication: Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, to craft compelling narratives and lead your team effectively.
