Our client in the fitness industry is seeking a Client Results Manager to oversee client progress, drive sales and retention, monitor staff performance, and ensure clients receive suitable fitness and personal training solutions.
Job Description:
Monitor client progress using body composition reports and performance data.
Drive sales, client retention, and relationship management.
Recommend suitable personal training packages and meal plans based on client needs.
Track KPIs, monitor staff performance, and prepare reports.
Collaborate with personal trainers, branch managers, and front-desk staff.
Visit different gym branches across Abuja 2–3 times weekly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, client relationship management, or fitness operations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client retention skills.
- Ability to interpret body composition reports and monitor client progress.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience tracking KPIs, monitoring staff performance, and preparing reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and personal training is an added advantage.
- Ability to work full-time and collaborate effectively with different teams.
