Our client, a renewable energy company, is recruiting a Chief Operating Officer to oversee daily operations, manage renewable energy projects, and drive the execution of business strategies.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, construction, and launch of renewable energy projects.
Work with the CEO to translate business strategies into operational plans.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and grid integration requirements.
Improve supply chains, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
Lead engineering, field operations, safety, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in operations management, preferably in renewable energy or the power sector.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and renewable energy operations.
- Strong process improvement and operational management skills.
