Requirements
- Strong knowledge of microfinance operations, products and credit analysis
- Proven experience in leadership and team management
- Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting and performance metrics
- Strong sales, business development and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of CBN and NDIC regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
- Experience with Core Banking Systems such as BankOne, Finacle, FLEXCUBE or similar platforms
- Strong risk management, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
